Enable the HRStop integration with HRStop Hire

Enabling the integration between HRStop Hire and HRStop allows the seamless transfer of candidate data once they are offered or hired. This reduces manual work, minimizes data errors, and ensures all candidate information flows directly into your HRMS.

Steps to enable the integration:

  1. Log in to HRStop Hire with admin access.
  2. Navigate to: Settings → Integrations
  3. Locate the "HR Portal Integration" option under available integrations.
  4. Enable the toggle to activate integration with HRStop.
  5. Confirm the authorization if prompted. You may need to log in with your HRStop credentials or provide an API key.
  6. Once activated, any candidate marked as "Offered" or "Hired" in HRStop Hire will automatically sync to HRStop under the relevant employee onboarding or hiring section.

Note:
Ensure that the HRStop account has appropriate permissions and is mapped correctly to receive incoming data.
