Steps to create a master hiring pipeline:

  1. Log in to HRStop Hire as an admin or recruiter with pipeline management permissions.
  2. Navigate to: Settings → Hiring Pipeline
  3. Click the Add New button to create a new pipeline.
  4. Enter a name for your pipeline that clearly reflects its purpose (e.g., "Technical Hiring Pipeline", "Sales Hiring Flow").
  5. Define the interview stages in sequential order.
    Typical stages could include:
    • Application Received
    • Resume Screening
    • HR Interview
    • Technical Round 1
    • Technical Round 2
    • Final Interview
    • Offer Extended
