Enable language and expiry for assessments

Provide assessments in a candidate’s preferred language and ensure timely completion with expiry settings.


Steps to configure language & expiry

  1. Go to assessment settings
    • Navigate to Settings → Assessments.
  2. Create or edit an assessment
    • Click Add New Assessment or Edit an existing one.

Set language

  • Look for the Language dropdown while configuring the assessment.
  • Choose from supported options like:
    • English
    • Hindi
    • Spanish
    • French (subject to platform support)

Make sure all questions and instructions are localized if needed.


Set expiry

  • Enable the Expiry Date toggle.
  • Define the validity period:
    • e.g., 48 hours, 7 days from the moment the assessment link is sent.
  • After expiry, the link will:
    • Become inactive for the candidate
    • Show as expired in the system
  1. Click Save to apply the settings.

Yes, HRStop Hire lets you assign multiple recruiters to a single job.

Steps:

  • During job creation or editing, go to the Job Settings step.
  • In the Assign Recruiters section, select multiple users from the dropdown.
  • Click Save.

📌 All assigned recruiters will be able to view and manage candidates for that job.
