Make a job internal

Creating an Internal Job ensures it is visible only to users logged in to the HRStop Hire system (e.g., internal employees, HR teams). This is ideal for referrals, internal transfers, or pilot openings.
Steps to make a job internal

Open job creation or editing
- When creating or editing a job, navigate to the final step: Job Settings.

Find the Visibility option
- Look for the setting labeled Visibility or Job Access Type.

Choose Internal only
- Select Internal from the dropdown list.

Save the job
- Complete the setup by clicking Finish or Save.
Visibility behavior

Internal jobs will not appear on:
- Public career pages
- External job boards

They will be accessible to:
- Logged-in employees
- Internal referral channels
- Designated recruiters and teams
