What you can’t do in archived jobs
- Edit job details or pipeline
- Schedule interviews
- Move candidates across stages
- Add or remove team members
Use cases for archiving
- Keep a record of completed hiring cycles

Frequently asked questions
Can I restrict job visibility to internal teams?
Yes, you can set a job’s visibility to "Internal Only" during creation or editing.
Steps:
- Go to Jobs → Create or Edit Job.
- Navigate to the Job Settings step.
- Locate the Visibility or Access Type option.
- Select Internal Only.
- Click Save/Finish.
Internal jobs will only be visible to logged-in users (e.g., HR, team members) and not published on public job boards or the career page.
