Use the job description pool with HRStop integration

The Job Description Pool allows HRStop users to reuse pre-approved JDs from HRStop Hire.

Steps to use the JD pool

1. Log in to HRStop
   • Navigate to the HRStop Hire Integration section in your HRStop instance.
2. Access the JD pool
   • Click Job Description Pool.
3. Create or import JDs
   • Add new JDs here, which will sync with HRStop Hire.
   • Examples: “Sales Executive – South India”, “Backend Developer – L2”
4. Use a JD during job creation
   • While creating a new job in HRStop, use the dropdown to pull in a JD from the pool.
5. Edit if needed
   • JDs can be edited post-import before the job is finalized.

Benefit: You don't need to rewrite job descriptions every time. This saves HR effort and ensures standardization.
