Track candidate applications

Monitor how many candidates are applying over time to measure job popularity, source effectiveness, and recruiter performance.


Steps to track applications

  1. Access the dashboard
  2. Locate the Candidate Applications widget
    • Typically on the main dashboard or side panel.
    • Displays:
      • Today’s count
      • This week’s trend
      • Monthly totals
  3. Click to view the detailed application list
    • Click any data point (e.g., today’s applicants) to view individual profiles.
    • See the source, application date and job applied for.
  4. Filter applications
    • Use filters to group by:
      • Source (Job Board, Career Page, Referral)
      • Department
      • Recruiter

Ideal for evaluating job performance and understanding which roles or campaigns are driving the most interest.

What does "Expected Joinees" mean?

“Expected Joinees” refers to candidates with confirmed joining dates recorded in the system.

  3. This section lists:
    • Candidate names
    • Joining dates
    • Job role
    • Recruiter responsible
How do I see who applied today?

Use the Candidate Applications section on your dashboard.

  2. Click Today’s date in the chart.
  3. A list of applicants will open.
  4. You can view:
    • Name
    • Source
    • Resume
    • Applied job title
How do I view only recently applied candidates?
  • Go to Candidates → Recent tab.
  • Click the Recently Applied sub-section.
  • This displays candidates who applied in the last 72 hours (3 days).
