Track openings and position status

HRStop Hire allows recruiters and managers to track hiring progress per job based on total openings, offers made, and closures.
Where to view opening details
- Available in the Jobs Dashboard section
- Each job card or detail view displays position metrics
Metrics you can track
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Openings | Number of positions initially defined for the job |
| Closed Positions | Number of candidates who have joined or been marked as closed |
| Offered Candidates | Number of offers made (Accepted/Declined can be viewed too) |
| Remaining Openings | Openings left to fill (Total – Closed – Offered) |
Usage example
If a job has:
- 5 Openings
- 2 Hires
- 1 Offer in progress
→ Remaining Openings = 2
