Track pre-onboarding status

Pre-onboarding refers to the stage after offer acceptance but before the candidate joins. HRStop Hire helps track each candidate’s onboarding readiness.
Steps to access pre-onboarding data
- Log in and go to the dashboard

Locate the Pre-Onboarding section
- This is typically displayed in the lower half of the dashboard.
- View candidate statuses:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Triggered | Onboarding form was sent but not yet started by the candidate |
| Pending Responses | Form opened but not submitted |
| Completed | Form submitted with all required details |
