Use weekly application trends to monitor weekly changes in candidate applications, identify sourcing peaks, and align recruitment efforts with job visibility and campaign effectiveness.
Steps to view weekly application trends
- Log in to HRStop Hire
The dashboard loads based on your role. - Locate the Weekly Application Stats widget
This is generally positioned on the right panel of your dashboard interface. - Review the following data points:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| This Week | Total number of candidates who applied in the current calendar week |
| Last Week | Total applicants from the previous week |
| Growth Trend | % increase or decrease in applications compared to the previous week |

Click to view the candidate list
- Click this week’s or last week’s number to drill down into candidate profiles.
- View the job applied for, date, and source.
Use cases
- Analyze the performance of new job postings.
- Measure the impact of sourcing campaigns or external job board promotions.
