Track recently applied vs. recently added candidates

Steps to access:

1. Go to the Candidates → Recent tab from the main navigation menu.

Understanding the two sections:

• 🔹 Recently Added:
  • Shows candidates who were added to the system manually or via import in the last 7 days.
  • Includes entries from internal referrals, sourcing tools, or recruiter uploads.
• 🔹 Recently Applied:
  • Displays candidates who applied directly through job postings in the last 3 days.
  • Ideal for monitoring live applicant flow from your career page or job boards.

Candidate profile view:

• Click a candidate’s name to:
  • Open their complete profile.
  • Review resume/CV, application history, email/chat logs, and current recruitment stage.

Benefits:

• Quickly identify fresh applications vs. newly sourced leads.
• Prioritize outreach or screening for active applicants.
• Segment recruiting activities between passive and active talent flows.
