Add candidates to talent pools
Steps to follow:
- Open a candidate profile from the Candidates list or search.
- Click the Actions dropdown menu on the top right.
Select a pooling option:

Move to Pool:
- Transfers the candidate to a Talent Pool.
- Removes them from the current active recruitment list.
- Useful when you're pausing evaluation but may consider them later.

Copy to Pool:
- Creates a copy in the Talent Pool.
- Keeps the candidate in the active job pipeline.
- Ideal for backup or parallel consideration.
- Choose the Talent Pool name (e.g., “Future Reference,” “Top Performers,” “Backup Tech Talent”).
- Click Save to confirm.
Pro tip:
- Add tags or notes to help categorize the candidate for future recall.
Why use this:
- Organizes quality candidates not selected in current roles.
- Minimizes future sourcing costs and time-to-hire.

How do I make sure a candidate isn’t lost after rejection?
