Create a talent pool
Steps to create a new pool:
- Go to Talent Pools → Manage Pools from the main menu.
- Click the Add Pool button.

Enter:
- Name for the pool (e.g., “Digital Marketing Prospects,” “Sales Bench,” “Campus Hires 2025”).
- Optional description or tags for context.
- Click Save to add the new pool.
Tips for naming pools:
- Use role-specific or purpose-driven names.
- Maintain consistency in naming conventions (e.g., by department or hiring quarter).

What’s the difference between ‘Move to Pool’ and ‘Copy to Pool’?
