View interviews by job title

Steps:

  1. Go to Interviews → Dashboard or Interviews → Interview List.
  2. Use the Filter by Job Title dropdown.

What you'll see:

  • A filtered list or chart showing all interviews related to the selected job.
  • Includes:
    • Candidate Names
    • Interview Rounds
    • Status (Pending, Completed)
    • Interviewers
    • Feedback summaries

Use case examples:

  • The hiring manager for “Product Manager” can track the pipeline without filtering manually.
  • Compare interview progress across multiple job roles quickly.

Tip:

  • Combine the job title filter with status or date filters for deeper insights.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see interviews I’m not assigned to?

No, you can only see interviews assigned to you, unless you’re in an Admin or Hiring Manager role.

Admin access

  • Admins can view all interviews via:
    Interviews → All Scheduled
  • Interviewers only see their schedules under the Interview Widget.
What is the difference between the Interview Dashboard and the Interview Tracker?
  • Interview Dashboard
    Provides a visual summary of interview metrics, including:
    • Number of interviews scheduled for Today, This Week, and This Month.
