Manage the question bank

The question bank is a repository of questions that you can add or assign to a test. HRStop Hire lets you add new questions to the question bank, and assign, edit or remove them. The terms question bank and pool are used interchangeably in the system. To manage the question bank:

1. Navigate to Tools → Assessment → Question bank.

2. The page shows a list of questions.

3. To Add a question, click the Import Question drop-down. A new page opens with fields to add the question.

   4. Enter the Question type, Title, Marks, Options, etc., and click Save to save the question.

4. To edit an existing question, use the Edit icon under Actions.

5. To assign questions to a test, select the questions and click + Assign to a test (in the action bar).

   7. A pop-up window appears where you select the test.

6. To download questions, select them, click the Filter drop-down and click Export.

All changes take effect instantly.
