Create interview kits

Interview kits are reusable sets of questions or notes that interviewers can refer to during interviews.

Steps to create an interview kit

1. Navigate to Tools → Interview Kits
   • Go to the Tools module from the left sidebar.
   • Click Interview Kits.
2. Click ‘Add Interview Kit’
   • Select + Add or Create New.
3. Enter kit details
   • Title: Example – “Software Developer – Technical Round”
   • Tags: Add relevant tags like “backend”, “junior level”, etc.
4. Add questions
   • Copy-paste questions from an existing source or type new ones.
   • Structure the questions as bullet points or a numbered list.
5. Save the kit
   • Click Save to make the kit available for interviewers to use during scheduled rounds.

Kits help maintain consistency in evaluating candidates across interviewers.
