Create a pool

HRStop Hire lets you create a new pool. A pool is a set of candidates with a particular skill, and it helps you find suitable candidates for a profile. To create a new pool:

1. Navigate to the Talent Pools tab (in the tab bar).
2. Click Manage Pools (in the action bar). A new page opens with fields to create a new pool.
3. Enter the Title of the pool.
4. Enter the Description of the pool.
5. Click Create to create the pool.

The entry appears in the list of pools (on the left side of the page). You can edit and remove the entry using the icons in the Actions column. To add or remove candidates in a pool, click its Candidates count.
