Overview and vendor types

HRStop Hire lets you manage two types of vendors:

• Recruitment Consultants - Vendors who refer candidates for the job profiles posted or shared by an organization.
• Background Verification Consultants - Vendors who help organizations with the background verification of shortlisted candidates.

Only authorized HRStop Hire admins can add, update, delete, activate or deactivate vendors in their portal. Admins can also set up vendor permissions for the jobs each vendor can access. For every vendor, you can create vendor users and set up their login credentials.

Note: Authorized vendor users can access their vendor portal for day-to-day operations using the credentials shared with them by the organization. They do not have access to the company's main portal.
