Use the Email Campaign module

The Email Campaign module lets you send personalized bulk emails to candidates, colleges, or vendors.

📍 Steps to run an email campaign

1. Go to Tools → Email Campaign
   • Open the Tools section.
   • Click Email Campaign.
2. Click ‘Create Campaign’
   • Fill in the campaign title and purpose.
3. Select recipients
   • Choose recipients based on:
     • Candidate status
     • College list
     • Job opening
4. Draft the email
   • Add a subject line and message.
   • Use placeholders like {{candidate_name}} for personalization.
5. Schedule or send immediately
   • Choose whether to send now or schedule later.
   • Click Send to dispatch emails.
