Candidate analytics

Candidate analytics gives you a summary of all the candidates who have applied (whether applied, interviewed or dropped out), so you can better track candidate details and performance. It shows candidate stats and the source each candidate came from, which helps you identify the vendors that provide the best-suited candidates. To view a candidate's detailed information, click their name in the Candidate column.

To view the candidate analytics page:

1. Navigate to Analytics → Candidates. A new page opens showing the candidates who have applied for any job profile.

2. To change the view, select the "list view" or "graphical view" icon.

3. Filter the results by from and to date, job profile or vendor.

4. Columns such as Experience, Applied on and Referred by appear against each Candidate.

5. Click a candidate to see their detailed information.
