Clone a job profile
HRStop Hire lets you clone a job. Cloning a job profile saves time when you create a similar job profile, because you don't have to go through every step of creating a job. After cloning a job profile, you can customize the details to fit your requirements. To clone a job profile:
Navigate to the Jobs tab.
A new page opens showing the list of job profiles.
Click the Add candidate drop-down for the job profile and select Clone.
The page that opens shows fields to edit the job profile. By default, the cloned profile has the same title followed by "clone (number)". You can edit it in the Job Title field.
Edit the details you want to customize and click Save & Next to go to the next part.
When you finish, the new profile is available in the job profile list. All changes take effect instantly.
