Candidate source analytics

Last updated May 2, 2020 · Administrator

Candidate source analytics summarises the quality of your sources by showing how many candidates qualified at each recruitment stage, giving you an overview of the candidates each source provides. You get a list of all candidate sources and the quality of the resumes you get from them.

To view the candidate sources page:

  1. Navigate to Analytics → Candidate Sources. A new page opens showing the sources that provide candidates.

  2. To change the view, select the "list view" or "graphical view" icon.

  3. Filter the results by source name, job profile or type (sources/vendor).

  4. The columns against each source name show how many candidates qualified at each interview stage.

  5. The quality% shows which source is better.
