Subscription
The Subscription page shows the subscription details for the services you use. To view it:
Navigate to Settings → Subscription. The page that opens is divided into three sections:
Subscription
Invoices
Manage Cards
Go to the Subscription section. It shows the Subscription Type, Amount, Period and number of Users Allowed.
The SMS balance is also shown. To recharge the balance, click Buy More.
Scroll down to the Invoices section, which lists your invoices with their details. If an invoice is unpaid, a Pay Now option is available against it.
Scroll down to the Manage Cards section, which lists your added cards.
To add a card, enter the credit/debit card number and click Add Card.
Select the default card from the list of added cards. To delete a card, click the bin icon.
Frequently asked questions
How do I check my subscription plan?
You can view your current subscription plan and billing details.
Steps to Check Subscription:
- Go to Settings → Subscription.
- Review the plan name, included features and expiry/renewal date.
- Access billing details or upgrade options, if available.
