Recruiter portal: Interview panel (Enterprise feature)

Interviews are the most common hiring method for most employers. Understanding the roles that interviewers play helps ensure that interviews are conducted effectively and that the most suitable candidate is chosen. HRStop Hire lets you add multiple interviewers (an interview panel) for any round.

To enable the setting:

• Navigate to Settings.
• Use the link: https://yourcompanyname.hiringbull.com/App/Settings/Configurations
• Enable the "Enable Interview Panel" option.

Once done, you can select multiple interviewers for any interview round when scheduling an interview.
