Configuring the Reply-To Email ensures that candidates and users reply to the correct email address when responding to system-generated notifications. Here's how you can set it up:
- Navigate to Settings
- Log in to the Hiring Bull portal.
- Go to Settings > Notifications from the main menu.
- Locate the Reply-To Email Configuration Section
- Scroll down until you see the section labeled Reply-To Email Configuration.
- Choose the Reply-To Email Type
- Specific Email ID: If you want replies to go to a fixed email address (e.g., hr@yourcompany.com), select this option.
- Enter the specific email address in the provided input field.
- Sender’s Email: This option will dynamically use the email address of the person who triggered the email (e.g., recruiter).
- Useful when different users send communication to candidates.
- Specific Email ID: If you want replies to go to a fixed email address (e.g., hr@yourcompany.com), select this option.
- Add an Email Signature (Optional)
- There is an option to add a customized email signature.
- This will appear at the bottom of all system emails sent from the platform.
- Use this to include name, title, contact info, and disclaimers.
- Save the Changes
- Once all fields are configured, click the Update button to save changes.
- The new configuration will be immediately applied to all future email communications.
