How to Customize the Career Page Appearance

Ensure your public-facing career portal reflects your brand and provides a user-friendly candidate experience.

Steps to Customize the Career Page:

  1. Access Career Page Customization
    • Navigate to Settings → Career Page Customization.
  2. Update Branding Elements
    • Upload Logo – Ideal size and format recommended (e.g., 250x100 px PNG)
    • Set Brand Colors – Choose primary and secondary colors using HEX or color picker
    • Select Fonts – Pick typography that aligns with your website/brand
  3. Customize Page Layout
    • Toggle visibility of sections:
      • About Us
      • Open Roles
      • Culture & Benefits
    • Reorder sections using drag-and-drop
  4. Add Job Filters
    • Enable filters for easier navigation:
      • Department
      • Location
      • Experience Level
  5. Add Content Blocks
    • Videos: Company culture, founder message, etc.
    • Testimonials: Employee or alumni feedback
    • Banners or CTA Buttons: Highlight initiatives, walk-ins, referrals
  6. Preview and Publish
    • Click Preview to check how the career page looks.
    • Once satisfied, click Publish to make changes live.
