Viewing candidates within a job allows you to track hiring stages, actions, and export reports for analysis or sharing with leadership.
Steps to View and Export Candidate Data:

Go to the Job’s Candidates Tab
- Open the specific job from the Jobs module.
- Click on the Candidates tab.

Use Filters to Narrow Down Candidates

Filter by:
- Hiring stage
- Source (career page, referral, vendor)
- Recruiter or status (shortlisted, rejected, etc.)

Review Candidate Data
- View name, stage, date of application, feedback status, and tags.

Click “Export Report”
- Use the Export button to download the report.

Choose format:
- Excel (XLSX) – For analysis and record-keeping
- PDF (if available) – For sharing summaries
