Scorecards enable structured interview feedback using defined questions and rating scales. This ensures a consistent and fair evaluation process across interviewers and candidates.

Steps to Set Up a Scorecard:

  1. Go to the Hiring Pipeline Setup
    • While creating/editing a job, access the Hiring Pipeline section.
  2. Select a Stage
    • Choose the stage where you want to collect structured feedback.
  3. Click “Scorecard Setup”
    • This button is available within the selected stage's configuration.
  4. Add Evaluation Questions
You can add different question types:
    • Single-line / Multi-line Text – For comments, strengths, concerns.
    • Dropdowns – For predefined responses (e.g., "Recommended", "Hold").
    • Rating Scale – Typically 1 to 5 or custom range (e.g., for skills, communication).
  5. Assign Skills to Each Question (optional)
    • Link each question to a skill or competency for clearer reporting.
  6. Save the Scorecard
    • Once questions are added and ordered, click Save.

Usage by Interviewers:

  • During or after interviews, interviewers open the candidate’s profile.
  • Navigate to “Submit Feedback”, and the configured Scorecard appears.
  • They fill in ratings/comments and submit for review.

Benefits:

  • Reduces bias with objective scoring.
  • Enables comparison across candidates.
  • Can be included in final decision reports.
