Even after archiving, the system retains essential data for reference, audits, and reporting.


Visible in Archived Job:

  • Job Title and Description
  • Hiring Pipeline (view-only)
  • Candidate List
    • Status, Source, Interview History
  • Interview Feedback
    • Scorecards, Notes, Evaluator Comments
  • Recruiter/Vendor Assignments
  • Attachments (resumes, offer letters, etc.)
  • Internal Notes and Tags

What You Can’t Do in Archived Jobs:

  • Edit job details or pipeline
  • Schedule interviews
  • Move candidates across stages
  • Add or remove team members

Use Cases for Archiving:

  • Keep a record of completed hiring cycles
  • Retain data for internal/external audits
  • Reopen later if new headcount arises

Yes, you can set a job’s visibility to "Internal Only" during creation or editing.

Steps:

  • Go to Jobs → Create or Edit Job
  • Navigate to the Job Settings step
  • Locate the Visibility or Access Type option
  • Select Internal Only
  • Click Save/Finish

Internal jobs will only be visible to logged-in users (e.g., HR, team members) and not published on public job boards or the career page.
