How to Clone a Hiring Pipeline

Cloning a hiring pipeline allows you to replicate interview stages and settings for similar roles, ensuring consistency and saving setup time.


Steps to Clone a Hiring Pipeline:

  1. Go to Settings → Hiring Pipeline
    • Navigate to Settings from the left-side menu.
    • Select Hiring Pipeline under the Recruitment or Job Configuration section.
  2. Locate the Pipeline You Want to Clone
    • Scroll or search for the pipeline name.
  3. Click “Clone”
    • Beside the selected pipeline, click the Clone button/icon.
  4. Rename the New Pipeline
    • Enter a unique name (e.g., “Sales Hiring – 2025” or “Product Team Pipeline – V2”).
  5. Edit the Stages If Required
    • Add, rename, or remove interview stages.
    • Assign default interviewers or attach assessments.
    • Configure automation settings (e.g., auto-scheduling, no-show handling).
  6. Click Save
    • Your cloned pipeline is now available to use during job creation.

Use Case:

  • Separate pipelines for different business units (e.g., Tech vs. Marketing).
  • Tweaking an existing flow for a new region or job level.
