Cloning a hiring pipeline allows you to replicate interview stages and settings for similar roles, ensuring consistency and saving setup time.
Steps to Clone a Hiring Pipeline:

Go to Settings → Hiring Pipeline
- Navigate to Settings from the left-side menu.
- Select Hiring Pipeline under the Recruitment or Job Configuration section.

Locate the Pipeline You Want to Clone
- Scroll or search for the pipeline name.

Click “Clone”
- Beside the selected pipeline, click the Clone button/icon.

Rename the New Pipeline
- Enter a unique name (e.g., “Sales Hiring – 2025” or “Product Team Pipeline – V2”).

Edit the Stages If Required
- Add, rename, or remove interview stages.
- Assign default interviewers or attach assessments.
- Configure automation settings (e.g., auto-scheduling, no-show handling).

Click Save
- Your cloned pipeline is now available to use during job creation.
Use Case:
- Separate pipelines for different business units (e.g., Tech vs. Marketing).
- Tweaking an existing flow for a new region or job level.
