Limit job visibility or editing rights based on department to maintain data confidentiality and streamline user roles.
Steps to Manage Department Access:

Go to Settings → Departments
- Create or manage departments here.

Assign Users to Departments
- Go to Settings → Users.
- For each user, assign a default department or multiple departments.

Set Access Permissions

In Settings → Permissions or Job Access, configure:
- View Access – View jobs in assigned department only
- Edit Access – Edit or close jobs for the assigned department

In Settings → Permissions or Job Access, configure:
Access Enforcement:
- Recruiters will see and act only on jobs under their assigned department(s).
- Reduces cross-functional clutter and unauthorized access.
