Setting Up Automated Email Templates

Automate repetitive communication like application confirmations, interview invites, and offer letters using pre-defined templates.


Steps to Create and Use Email Templates:

  1. Go to Settings → Email Templates
    Click “Add Template”.
  2. Enter Template Name and Subject
  3. Write the Email Body
    • Use placeholders like:
      • {{Candidate Name}}
      • {{Interview Date}}
      • {{Interview Date}}
  4. Assign Template Use Case
    • Application Received
    • Interview Scheduled
    • Offer Sent
    • Rejection Mail
  5. Save Template

Auto-Usage:

Templates appear in dropdowns during candidate communication.
