Create reusable job descriptions for frequent roles to save time and maintain standardization.
Steps to Set Up JD Library:
- Go to Settings → Job Templates / JD Library

Click Add New Template
- Enter title (e.g., “Sales Executive – B2B”)

Add:
- Role Introduction
- Responsibilities
- Required Skills
- Employment Type
- Save Template
Usage:
During job creation, select “Use from Template” to populate JD section automatically.
