Setting Up a Job Description Library

Create reusable job descriptions for frequent roles to save time and maintain standardization.


Steps to Set Up JD Library:

  1. Go to Settings → Job Templates / JD Library
  2. Click Add New Template
    • Enter title (e.g., “Sales Executive – B2B”)
    • Add:
      • Role Introduction
      • Responsibilities
      • Required Skills
      • Employment Type
  3. Save Template

Usage:

During job creation, select “Use from Template” to populate JD section automatically.
