Steps to Set Up a Video Question

  1. Go to Tools > Assessment
    • Navigate to Tools, then click on Assessment.
  2. Open Manage Questions
    • Choose an existing assessment or create a new one.
    • Click on the Manage Questions tab.
  3. Click on ‘Add Question’
    • You’ll be prompted to select the question type and input details.
  4. Choose Question Type: ‘Video Question’
    • From the type dropdown, select Video Question.
  5. Enter the Question Content
    • Type your question in the text field.
      • Example: “Tell us about a challenging project you led.”
  6. Set Time Limit for Response
    • Specify how many seconds/minutes the candidate has to record their video response.
  7. Save the Question
    • Click Save, and the question will now be part of your assessment.
  8. Assign Assessment to Candidate
    • When the test is shared, candidates will see a video recording prompt for that question.

📹 Best Practice: Keep video questions between 1–3 minutes and clearly state what you expect the candidate to answer.
