Step-by-Step Guide to Edit a Template

Navigate to Tools > Document Templates
- Login to the Hiring Bull portal.
- Click on Tools in the left-hand menu.
- Select Document Templates from the dropdown.

Locate the Template You Want to Edit
- You’ll see a list of all active and inactive templates.
- Each entry will display the template name, creator, and action icons.

Click the ‘Edit’ Icon
- Find the template you wish to modify.
- Click the Edit icon next to it.

Update:
- Static Text: Wording like “Dear Candidate,” “We are pleased to offer…”
- Dynamic Placeholders: Ensure fields like {{candidate_name}}, {{joining_date}}, and {{salary}} are correct.

Preview Your Changes (Optional)
- Before saving, click Preview to see how the document will look with test data.

- Once changes are verified, click Save.
- The edited template is now available for use when generating employee letters.
