How to Manage Bulk Email Sending for Campus Hiring

Use the Campaign Management feature for sending bulk emails to colleges or student candidates.

Steps for Bulk Email Campaign

  1. Go to Tools > Campaign Management
    • Open Tools, click on Campaign Management.
  2. Create a New Campaign
    • Add campaign title, target college group or candidate segment.
  3. Draft Email
    • Customize subject and body.
    • Use placeholders like {{college_name}} or {{event_date}}.
  4. Upload Recipients (Optional)
    • Upload an Excel sheet if the recipient list is not in Hiring Bull.
  5. Send or Schedule
    • Choose to send immediately or set a future time.
    • Click Launch Campaign.

Use this to send joining reminders, event invites, or result updates in bulk.
