User roles in Hiring Bull ensure that team members only see and interact with modules relevant to their responsibilities.


Primary User Roles and Their Permissions:

InterviewerView assigned candidates, access resumes, submit feedback
Hiring ManagerOversee job progress, approve offers, provide feedback, assign final decisions
AdminManage users, configure modules, control access permissions, oversee reporting
Super Admin
Full access to all features, integrations, billing, audit logs, and settings

Best Practices:

  • Limit Admin access to trained HR team members.
  • Use custom roles if granular permission control is needed (if supported by your plan).
