Steps to Track BGV Status:
- Open the Dashboard
- Scroll to the “BGP” (Background Verification Process) Section
- Check Candidate Verification Status:

|---|---|
| In Progress | Verification initiated but not completed |
| Pending | Verification not started or awaiting document submission |
| Verified | All checks successfully completed by the verification partner |
Click on Candidate to View:
- Documents submitted
- Verifier comments
- Flags (if any)

Set automated reminders for pending documents or escalations for overdue verifications.
