How to Identify Job Completion Through Archive

Archived jobs indicate that hiring is complete or the role has been closed, but data is preserved for future reference, audits, or reporting.


How to Identify Archived Jobs:

  1. Go to the Jobs Module from Dashboard
  2. Use Filters to Select “Archived” Jobs
    • Filter by status → Choose “Archived”
  3. Click on Any Archived Job to View Details:

Offer StatusesOffers made, accepted, rejected
Closure Notes
Internal notes on why the job was closed (manual input if used)
  1. View Audit Trail or Download Reports
    • Available under Reports or job details (if enabled)

Important:

Archived jobs cannot be edited or republished directly. Use the Clone function to recreate a similar job.
