Archived jobs indicate that hiring is complete or the role has been closed, but data is preserved for future reference, audits, or reporting.
How to Identify Archived Jobs:
- Go to the Jobs Module from Dashboard

Use Filters to Select “Archived” Jobs
- Filter by status → Choose “Archived”
- Click on Any Archived Job to View Details:
What You Can Access | Details |

Candidate Journey | All movement across stages for each applicant |
Offer Statuses | Offers made, accepted, rejected |
Closure Notes | Internal notes on why the job was closed (manual input if used) |

View Audit Trail or Download Reports
- Available under Reports or job details (if enabled)
Important:
Archived jobs cannot be edited or republished directly. Use the Clone function to recreate a similar job.
