How to Use the Interview Tracker

Steps to Use:

  1. Navigate to Interviews > Tracker in the system menu.

What You’ll See:

  • A tabular list of all interviews scheduled in the system.
  • Key columns:
    • Candidate Name
    • Job Title
    • Interviewer Name
    • Scheduled Date & Time
    • Status: Pending, Completed, No-Show, Cancelled
    • Scheduler Name – Person responsible for booking the interview.

Functionality:

  • Sort & Filter: Sort interviews by date, interviewer, or status.
  • Status-Based Insights:
    • Quickly identify interviews that were missed or skipped.
    • Check who scheduled the interview and who the interviewer was.
  • Manual Actions:
    • If an interview didn’t happen, mark it as No-Show. 
    • Cancel or reschedule interviews directly from this view if needed.

  • Tracks interview progress and identifies bottlenecks.
  • Provides a go-to dashboard for HR or recruitment coordinators to follow up.
