Steps to Create a New Pool:

  1. Go to Talent Pools > Manage Pools from the main menu.
  2. Click on the Add Pool button.
  3. Enter:
    • Name for the pool (e.g., “Digital Marketing Prospects,” “Sales Bench,” “Campus Hires 2025”).
    • Optional description or tags for context.
  4. Click Save to add the new pool.
