- Navigate to the Candidates module from the main menu.
- On the right-hand side, open the Filter Panel.
Key Filter Options:
- Source – Filter by origin of application (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Referral, Walk-In).
- Job Title – Choose specific roles candidates have applied for.
- Application Date Range – Filter by when the application was received.
- Current Stage – Focus on candidates in a specific pipeline stage (e.g., Interviewed, Offered).
- Tags – Filter based on skill-based or manually added tags.
- Owner/Recruiter – View candidates managed by specific team members.
- Click Search or Apply Filters to refresh the candidate list.
