Steps:
- Go to Interviews > Tracker view.

Scan the list for:
- Interviews that are still marked as Pending.
- The interview date/time has already passed.
- No feedback submitted by the interviewer.

Follow up with the:
- Assigned Interviewer – to confirm if the interview happened.
- Scheduler/Recruiter – to clarify attendance or rescheduling.

If confirmed as no-show:
- Click into the interview.
- Choose Update Status > Mark as No-Show.
Why It's Important:
- Maintains data integrity in reports.
- Helps flag repeat no-shows and identify patterns.
- Assists in refining candidate communication and scheduling strategies.
