Question bank is a repository of question that can be added or assigned to a test. Hiring Bull enables admin to add new questions in a question bank. You can add/ assign/ edit or remove the questions from the bank. The term question bank and pool is used interchangebly in the system. Refer to following steps to manage the question bank:
Navigate to: Tools -> Assessment -> Question bank

You can Add question by clicking on the drop-down of Import Question button, a new page will open up showing fields to add question
- Enter the Question type, Title, Marks, Options etc, click on Save to save the question
You can even edit the earlier added questions by the help of Edit icon under Actions button
You can assign the questions to a test by marking the question and then clicking on + Assign to a test button (given in the action bar)
- A pop window will appear for selecting the test
You can also download the questions, by marking the question and then clicking on drop down of Filter button, click on Export to download the questions
All the changes will be made instantly.
