How to Create Interview Kits

Interview Kits are reusable sets of questions or notes that interviewers can refer to during interviews.

Steps to Create an Interview Kit

  1. Navigate to Tools > Interview Kits
    • Go to the Tools module from the left sidebar.
    • Click on Interview Kits.
  2. Click on ‘Add Interview Kit’
    • Select + Add or Create New.
  3. Enter Kit Details
    • Title: Example – “Software Developer – Technical Round”
    • Tags: Add relevant tags like “backend”, “junior level”, etc.
  4. Add Questions
    • Copy-paste questions from an existing source or type new ones.
    • Structure the questions with bullet points or numbered format.
  5. Save the Kit
    • Click Save to make the kit available for interviewers to use during scheduled rounds.

 Kits help maintain consistency in evaluating candidates across interviewers.
