Interview Kits are reusable sets of questions or notes that interviewers can refer to during interviews.
Steps to Create an Interview Kit

Navigate to Tools > Interview Kits
- Go to the Tools module from the left sidebar.
- Click on Interview Kits.

Click on ‘Add Interview Kit’
- Select + Add or Create New.

Enter Kit Details
- Title: Example – “Software Developer – Technical Round”
- Tags: Add relevant tags like “backend”, “junior level”, etc.

Add Questions
- Copy-paste questions from an existing source or type new ones.
- Structure the questions with bullet points or numbered format.

Save the Kit
- Click Save to make the kit available for interviewers to use during scheduled rounds.
Kits help maintain consistency in evaluating candidates across interviewers.
