Hiring Bull enables admin to copy candidate. This feature will copy profile of candidate to the selected job. In this case, the profile will continue to be the part of the current talent pool. In addition, it will also be shown in the talent pipeline for the selected job. Refer to the following steps to copy candidate:
Navigate to: Talent Pools (given in the tab bar)
A new page will open up, you can search the candidate with the help of search fields (given beside the action button)
You can copy the candidate by the clicking on the (icon given under Actions column)
A pop-up will appear showing for fields to copy candidate to another job
Select the job to which the candidate is copied to
Click on Yes option to copy the candidate, option of No is also available to reject the copying operation
Notification of successful copying of candidate will be shown. All the changes will be made instantly.
