Hiring Bull enables admin to upload the candidate's document. Candidate can also self upload it by logging into the system and uploading it. Refer to the following steps to upload document of candidate:
Navigate to: Jobs tab (given in the tab bar)
Click on the status count of the respective job profile
You can search the required candidate by the help of search field (given besides Action button)
For uploading the document, click on the drop-down of schedule interview, select Upload document option, a pop-up will appear showing fields to upload document
Select the document type (Resume/ Cover letter/ Interview docs)
Select the document to upload it, only doc and pdf file are acceptable
Enter the comment in comment field
Click on Yes to upload the document, option of No is also available ton remove the filled details
Notification of successful uploading of document will be shown. Once uploaded, option of downloading the document will be available to the admins. All the changes will be made instantly.
