Managing document template

Managing your document templates ensures your HR communication remains standardized, accurate, and easy to generate.

How to Access and Manage Templates

  1. Go to Tools > Document Templates
    • From the dashboard, navigate to Tools > Document Templates.
  2. View All Existing Templates
    • You’ll see a list of all templates created.
  3. Manage Template Actions
    • For each template, you can:
      • Edit – Update content or placeholders.
      • Clone – Create a copy for slight variations (e.g., Intern vs Full-time offer).
      • Deactivate – Temporarily hide templates that aren’t in use.
      • Delete – Remove the template permanently (use with caution).
  4. Preview a Template
    • Before generating a document, click Preview to ensure all data fields and formatting look correct.

Tip: Always test a new template with a test candidate profile to verify placeholders.
