Creating onboarding checklist

Hiring Bull enables admin to create onboarding checklist. It helps in managing the necessary steps required for onborading new candidate. You can create different onboarding configuration different profiles. Refer to the following steps to create onboarding checklist:

  1. Navigate to: Tools -> Onboardings

  2. Click on +Configure button (given in the page action bar), a new page will open up showing fields to configure onboardings

  3. Enter the Title of the onboarding

  4. Enter the Description

  5. Select the buddy from the drop down of Default Buddy field

  6. Down-scroll the page to come to the section of Configure Onboarding Steps

  7. In order to change the title, click on the title itself (to edit the name)

  8. Enter the content in the Content field (usually it include any introduction/ information that company want to give to the candidate as an introduction to the company)

  9. Click on the Candidate Info to fill in the candidate's details

  10. You can change the title, click on the title itself (to edit the name)

  11. Enter the duration, it represent the the days required for complete procedure of onboardings

  12. Enter the description in the Description field

  13. Mark the options under Candidate Details for required details

  14. Mark the necessary documents that are needed to be submitted by the candidate under Documents, the option of add new document option is also available

  15. Down-scroll the page to define the necessary tasks of the candidate under Todo's

  16. You can also define a custom form for the candidate by the drop-down available under Custom Form

  17. Click on Save button to save the create the configured onboarding

The entry will be updated in the list of other onboarding templates. All the changes will be made instantly.
