Notifications

Notification feature helps the admin to get notified.

Refer to the following steps to configure the notification:

  1. Navigate to: Settings -> Notifications, a new page will open up showing fields for configuring notification settings

  2. Enter an email id in the Reply To field, this will be the reply to email address in mails.

  3. If the admin want to configure the template of mail, he/ she can do so by clicking on the Custom Template button (given in the page action bar)

  4. For easing the process, system has provided options of connecting to 'Office 365' and 'Google' (towards the right side of page)

  5. Various notification options is divided into:

    • Job

    • Candidate

    • Reminder

  6. Mark the options (Super Admin/ Candidate/ Hiring Manager) against various notifications, the selected persons will be notified, admin also has an option of adding
